Hitting Reset: A Fresh Start for 5778

As students return from their summer breaks and your doors reopen for the year, UJA is pleased to offer you a High Holiday publication to help provide a meaningful start to the Jewish New Year. The publication, entitled Hitting Reset: A Fresh Start for 5778, features original pieces by Rabbi Haskel Lookstein, Mayim Bialik, Abigail Pogrebin, Dr. Yehuda Kurtzer, Jonathan Greenblatt, Rabbi Hershel Billet, and myself about how we can "reset" personally and communally. It also includes a series of "big questions" to spark introspection and conversation. Click HERE to view this publication, and please PLACE YOUR ORDER by Wednesday, August 30th to request the number of booklets you would like. We are happy to provide and ship them at no charge.

We encourage you to use this resource in a variety of ways, including:

• Use the content as inspiration or reference for holiday programming

• Give out booklets to students over the course of the holiday season

• Use the questions and essays to spark reflection and dialogue

This publication is part of UJA's 10 Days of Awesome initiative, which gives our community the opportunity to do, give, and share during the 10 days between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. If you have any questions, please contact Juliana Dwyer at 212.836.1258 or dwyerj@ujafedny.org.
