COVID-19 Financial Impact Grants

Open to CUNY Students

Coronavirus Financial Impact Grants provide one-time cash grants of $1,000 to qualified CUNY Hillel students (undergraduate or graduate) who have annual, pre-tax household income of $100,000 or less (households include you and all family members who live with you).

Click HERE to read more about these grants and to apply online.
All grant applications must be completed and submitted by 5:00 PM on Friday, April 24. Late submissions will not be accepted, and applications including incomplete or inaccurate information will not be considered.

You will receive an email from HFLS by Friday, May 8 informing you of whether you have been awarded a Coronavirus Financial Impact Grant. If you are awarded a grant, the email will contain instructions to accept your award and submit your bank account information, which will allow HFLS to send your grant funds directly to your account.

If you have any questions about the grant program or application, please email; but please do not contact HFLS to inquire about your application status or grant award: Due to the volume of applications received, HFLS will be unable to reply to your inquiry. Rest assured that, as long as you complete and submit your application by 5:00 PM on April 24, you will receive an email from HFLS by May 8 regarding your award status.
